Welcome to Tournament Haven. By registering, accessing, or using this platform, you agree to be bound by the terms laid out in this Terms & Conditions agreement. These terms govern your use of our services related to BGMI custom room tournaments, virtual currency (THC), wallet transactions, and other activities hosted on this platform.

Nature of the Platform

1. This platform is strictly for skill-based competitions using custom BGMI rooms.
2. We are not affiliated with Krafton, PUBG Corporation, or any of their entities.
3. No betting, gambling, or chance-based outcomes are involved.

Eligibility

1. You must be 18 years or older to use this platform.
2. You must not be located in restricted states.
3. We reserve the right to use IP, phone number, or other verification tools to block users from these locations.

Tournament Haven Coin (THC)

1. THC is a virtual in-app currency, not legal tender.
2. 1 INR = 10 THC for the purpose of deposits and withdrawals.
3. THC is used to pay tournament entry fees and receive rewards.
4. Bonus THC is non-withdrawable until you participate in at least one paid tournament.

Deposits & Withdrawals

1. Minimum deposit: ₹50 (500 THC) / Maximum: ₹500 (5000 THC) per transaction.
2. Minimum withdrawal: ₹100 (1000 THC) / Maximum: ₹500 (5000 THC) per transaction.
3. A 4% transaction fee is applied on both deposits and withdrawals.
4. Withdrawals require KYC verification (PAN/Aadhaar).
5. All transactions are final. We do not offer refunds once THC is credited.

Tournament Rules & Prize Pool Distribution

1. Each tournament may have a unique set of rules, which will be clearly listed on the respective tournament details page.
2. Players are required to read, understand, and follow all rules before joining.
3. Failure to follow the tournament rules may result in disqualification without refund.
4. If a player violates rules, their account may be permanently restricted from accessing the platform.
5. Players found using cheats, hacks, third-party tools, or engaging in unfair practices will be immediately and permanently banned without any warning or refund.

Prize Pool Distribution (Generic Structure – may vary per tournament):

1. 60% to 80% of total entry fees collected are distributed as prize pool.
2. Rewards may include:
1. 🥇 1st Place: 10x of entry fee
2. 🥈 2nd Place: 2x of entry fee
3. 🥉 3rd Place: Entry fee refund
4. 🔫 Team with most kills: 2x of entry fee
3. The remaining of collected fees is retained for platform operations, staffing, verification, and support.

⚠️ All tournaments will clearly state their reward distribution and rule set. By joining, you agree to abide by them.
✅ By participating, you agree to follow the posted rules for that tournament and accept any penalties for violations.

Fair Play & Anti-Cheating

1. Use of emulators, hacks, cheats, or unauthorized tools will lead to permanent account ban and forfeiture of all THC and access.
2. We reserve the right to:
1. Monitor game IDs and match history
2. Request match screenshots or evidence
3. Withhold or revoke prizes if suspicious activity is detected
3. We are not obligated to provide evidence or justification for banning or restricting accounts.

Account Suspension or Termination

1. We may suspend or permanently ban users without notice if:
1. Any suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected
2. Terms are violated
3. Platform integrity is compromised
2. We are not liable for any loss of coins or earnings after a suspension or ban.

Referral Bonus & Abuse

1. Users may earn THC through our referral system.
2. Referrals must be genuine. Fake referrals, self-referrals, or bot activity will result in permanent ban and bonus cancellation.

Platform Rights

1. We may modify or update these terms at any time.
2. We may change, suspend, or terminate any feature, bonus, or policy without prior notice.
3. All users are responsible for reviewing these terms regularly.

Limitation of Liability

1. We are not responsible for:
1. Server downtimes, match interruptions, or game bugs
2. BGMI or Krafton platform issues
3. Any personal device or network failure
2. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount of THC in your wallet at the time of dispute.

Dispute Resolution

1. Any disputes must be submitted through our in-app support ticketing system
2. Decisions made by the admin team are final and binding.
3. Legal jurisdiction: All legal matters are subject to the courts of India.
